Then trace your foot around using a pencil. In doing
this, you have to hold the pencil as straight up-and-down
as possible making sure that the pencil remains in contact

Determine your foot length and width tracing using a
ruler.
In gauging your foot length, simply figure out the
distance between the two longest points based on your
tracing. To get a much better result for your foot length,
reduce the number by 5 mm, or 1/5 inch. Then multiply
the measurement by 2.54 to convert it to centimeters
As for the foot width, measuring the distance between
the two widest points on your tracing will be the best
way to come up with a more precise figure. Then reduce
